FDA Registration Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act

The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA)  regulations now require cosmetic  establishments to  register with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ( FDA), conduct thorough  safety assessments of their  product  ingredients, report  adverse  events or safety incidents, and provide clear and comprehensive labeling information.
