FDA Registration Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act

The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) regulations now require cosmetic establishments to register with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), conduct thorough safety assessments of their product ingredients, report adverse events or safety incidents, and provide clear and comprehensive labeling information.
